The Collective Blueprint

The Collective Blueprint helps young adults in Memphis get out of poverty. It effectively provides intensive support to young adults who have been out of work and school. This includes educational, medical, and psychological support. In 2022, the Creativity Foundation was especially impressed with the organization’s new advocacy and organizing training program.
In 2023, the Collective Blueprint will use its Creativity Foundation grant to help pilot new interventions at the high school level, for which the Collective Blueprint has spent the last year laying the groundwork. This grant will help pay for the salary of TCB’s core instructor for this work.
The Collective Blueprint was the brainchild of Creativity Foundation’s Legacy Winner Sarah Lockridge-Steckel.
